Very good work from the lads they answered the messages straight away , from start to finish the service was first class they turned up same day to make sure the job was safe from any further damage, they gave me a detailed run down including pictures of Any damage and the options of repairing or replacing the damage section , very reasonably priced and would highly recommend

All I can say is 'Wow'! The workmanship from these guys is exceptional. Their attention to detail is phenomenal! I booked John and Darren initially for some roof repairs but I also gave them the job of repairing a lot of crumbling brickwork around the main entrance and side of the building. The guys worked hard and removed the top course of bricks and replaced with engineering bricks which will last and instantly added kerb appeal. Outstanding craftsmanship guys! Won't use anyone else now!

Really good firm. I had a lot of quotes from people who clearly didn’t understand the issue. These guys did a thorough analysis, lots of photos and showed what needed doing. Roof inspection and cleaning
I recently hired Traditional Building & Roofing Ltd. to clean moss off my roof, and I was incredibly impressed with their service. Thet were professional, courteous, and efficient, completing the job ahead of schedule. They were also incredibly thorough. They showed me pictures before and after the cleaning, explaining their process. Their commitment to quality went above and beyond. They identified a missing flange on the top of the chimney and offered to rebuild it at a reasonable cost. They also repointed the brickwork where needed. Finally, they left the work area spotless, cleaning up thoroughly after themselves.

Rain Water Coming In

At first this was a bad review however Jon took it upon himself to read the review and contact me personally he apologised straight away and put my mind at ease straight away by stating he would send his best team yesterday morning to fix the issue free of charge. This man loves his business and his work they fixed the flashing and made my chimney look great and then assured me if their was anymore problems to contact him directly he then went above and beyond by getting me a bottle of champagne to apologise for the stress. And upon the good work my dad took him to their house for a quote on his roof thankyou Jon now I highly recommend 👍.

Throughly recommend these guys. Took on a difficult job of repairing my roof that other companies had refused to tackle. Flashing repair
Darren contacted me within minutes after I posted the job and arranged to come and look at the work that day. He attended at the time he said he would and was a decent straight taking guy. Rather than trying to assess it from the ground he got his ladders out went up onto the roof.He took images of the problem area then came down shown me the images and explained what was required to repair it. A price was agreed and he has completed the work within a few days. Again he took images and shown me what work he had done which was reassuring. This company have been fantastic and i highly recommend them. After discovering both chimneys on my property were leaking I contacted loads of local roofing companies for quotes but was left frustrated after being let down numerous times. Thankfully i discovered Traditional Building & Roofing online. I contacted the team and was delighted that not only did they respond, but they came out same day to complete a thorough inspection. They turned the quote around quickly, the pricing was competitive and despite their diaries being full for the year, they made every effort to get me booked in before Christmas at my request. John & Darren with the help of apprentice Bruce 🙂 finished the job earlier today despite the poor weather conditions. They clearly take great pride in their work and business as a whole. They provided an excellent service & kept me updated throughout the job. They even went the extra mile by replacing some decaying mortar they'd spotted around one of my windows free of charge. Extension roof verge repair
I was quickly contacted by Darren once my job was active. He enquired about the job and sent out his business partner John to look over the damaged roof. Darren was honestly fantastic throughout the process of getting my roof sorted! He came and did the quote really quickly and then came and did the job within two weeks. The whole process seemed so easy and his communication was great. Both Darren and his colleague were brilliant. As someone who has never really needed much work doing to a house and then moving into a ‘fixer upper’ I’ll definitely be hiring Darren to complete more home projects for me!

Darren and his team are perfectionists, no job is too much trouble for them, they will look after you with exceptional quality in a very friendly helpful manner at all times, going on to photograph the problem areas so you know your not been over charged. Pricing is very transparent and there are no hidden financial surprises at the end of the job. Slate roof with felt and batons
Darren and Mike are exceptional in there workmanship, there care and thought that goes into every aspect of the job description was discussed in detail before commencing. The slate roof and guttering on the newly built oak-wood car barn was done to perfection, they turned up on time, very efficient and quick to reply to messages. My 82 year old mother worries about hiring tradesmen.Darren came, gave a quote she was happy with and the job was done within days of providing the quote.The craftsmanship was excellent and Darren was punctual, polite, tidy and cleaned up everywhere when the job was finished. My mother was so pleased with the work, she asked for a quote to remove and repair fascia boards on the garage. Again the quote was good, the job was done in a timely manner and to a high standard- despite the adverse weather conditions. We would have no hesitation in recommending Darren and will certainly be using him again in the future.

Plastering 2 bedroom ceilings
I had 2 bedroom ceilings plastered. Darren was really professional. He made sure he really checked the ceilings as one was bowing. The quote was fair and reasonable. He ended up having to take that part of the ceiling down. He checked and make sure that all the boards were secured. Darren and Arron arrived promptly explained exactly what they were going to do. They protected the carpets and stairs. They worked really well. The ceilings were really level and smooth. After they had finished they removed the carpet protector and hoovered the bedroom carpets. They even washed our front step as they noticed some footprints from their boots. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend especially if you want a job completed on time in a professional manner at a fair price.

Excellent communication from the start, right through till completion. Darren followed up with both texts and phone calls to talk through the job. Provided a reasonable quite and gave a speedy start date for worm to start. Turned up on time, did an excellent job with roofer James. Measured up job before starting and checked in to give me peace of mind being fitted in correct place. Both Lads where excellent, got the job done in no time, even took down an old aerial on the roof I was going to do later on, so saved me another job to do. Tidied up afterwards and hovered carpets with any debris. Would highly recommend using Darren & team again and will welcome back to work on other jobs / projects.

New kitchen ceiling
Darren came and replaced my kitchen ceiling at last minute, he was very reliable and finished the job to a very high standard, he also cleaned up after himself and is reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
